Current• Perform Takeoffs with the computer program Planswift.• Reading and translating highly detailed and intricate blueprints, measurements, notes; into quantities of materials the project will require to complete our proportion of construction• I Enter quantities of materials into our extensive Excel “Master-Bid” Model o Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel• We are a specialty subcontractor with concrete foundations and architectural walls that range from for Industrial, Residential, and Non-Residential • Our company has great reputation among some of the regional industry leaders allowing us to work on hi-end, one of a kind projects• Projects that we bid range from 1-5$ million • Often requires working long hours, weeks, and weekends to meet project deadline, 60 hour week is not uncommon.
