I started work for Royal Caribbean International onboard the Explorer Of The Seas in Miami. My role onboard consisted mainly of filming and editing daily shows to be broadcast through the ships internal TV channels. As well as this I filmed live events and concerts that were all being held on board. The work was very fast paced and schedules were hectic with no days off, but it was thoroughly enjoyable and an incredible experience until unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic my 7 month contract had to be cut short.

At Denfield I started mainly as a videographer, filming and editing content for various clients websites/TV Ads and Social Media channels. As time progressed and other staff members left, I also took on the role of Photographer, often rolling both jobs into one on shoot days. I worked with a range of clients from automotive dealers to nurseries and have gained a lot of invaluable experience seeing projects develop from the ideas stage right the way through to execution and editing. As well as videography and photography I have been able to use my skills in Adobe After Effects to create infographic style 2D animations. These are predominantly used to explain what a client's product is or what services they have to offer, making it easy for potential customers to get all the information they need without having to sit and scroll through pages of text.

During my time at Listers I undertook two major roles; Photographer and Videographer. During the summer Listers attend a range of different shows and events, seeking to gain customers and promote their different brands at these events. A large proportion of my work was taking photos at these events, I'd then be editing these photos, often during the day so they're able to be posted on the same day. As well as photos I would take video footage of the entire event from start to finish. Using this footage I proceeded to create short 'recap' videos that were then used across the Group's various social media platforms. As well as event work I took photo and video at different sites and car launches, as well as making animations for various internal presentations.My time at Listers came to an end when I returned to university.
