Manage Peace Corps’ presence for multiple large diversity events and conferences each year including Atlanta Pride, MANRRS, and FBLA. Tasks for these events include registering multiple recruiters, ensuring adequate promotional material supply, organizing booth management, and facilitating communication between parties. Data Analysis: Reengage disinterested leads from leaving the Peace Corps pipeline by conducting analysis of lead data inside PCrm and then sending tailored emails to specific leads. Lead PCrm training for new recruiters and assist the PCrm task team leader by co-hosting monthly roundtables and testing software updates.
