CurrentI am a partner at Cloud & Willis, LLC. I get involved in matters, disputes, and lawsuits whenever money is owed and not paid when due. A significant portion of my practice has involved complex matters (on both the transactional and litigation sides), landlord/tenant enforcement actions, real estate litigation and bankruptcies. I represent creditors and debtors, mostly on commercial matters that can be either routine or complex. I have a background in representing Chapter 7 Trustees, debtors and creditors which is very useful in analyzing the financial condition of my clients and that of the opposition.My clients find that I am very responsive to them and aggressive on their behalf, and that I get the job done as efficiently as possible. I often can anticipate the other side's next step before it happens. When not at work or spending time with my wonderful family, you will find me giving my time to non-profits and youth organizations.
