It's model and global network of filmmakers was developed by Harrison Winter and laid the foundation for what became Hometeam Global Content in 2020.During Co.MISSION's 10 year run, it created work for brands and agencies including: Starbucks, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Hyatt, Newcastle beer, Bounty, Stoli, Purina, Weight Watchers, Western Union, InterContinental Hotel Group, Hotel Indigo, 72andSunny, Droga5, Rokkan and many others.Co.MISSION's marquee project came in 2014 as it led Starbucks' first global campaign, "Meet Me At Starbucks", which it filmed in 28 countries on a single day (for agency 72andSunny and in partnership with M ss ng P eces).

November 2007 - February 2010Product Marketing Manager Developed and launched new products: as project leader, managed a cross functional team of 10-15 employees across the company. Responsibilities for new products included strategy development and execution, managing the test process (product development/innovation, consumer research, market test, and media/advertising strategy), and forming the business case in order to present Go/No Go recommendations to the Executive Team for national and regional launches. Launched numerous national and regional products, and advertising campaigns for current products on the menu. In addition to the specific product portfolio responsibilities, I also worked with a larger corporate and agency team each year to develop the marketing calendar, in order to meet business objectives and drive brand momentum.

Burger King US Account- managed projects for national TV, interactive, print, packaging, gift card initiatives, and the launch of the life-size King mask. Designed sales analyses and menu strategies for yearly brand planning. Interviewed Assistant Content Managers and Content Manager candidates, and trained/supervised Assistant Content Managers. Developed case study with other Content Managers on the Burger King Xbox Games, and presented the case study to the entire Content Management Department across the Miami and Boulder offices. Burger King International - Helped launch Crispin's first international campaigns by managing TV, print, radio, OOH, and non-traditional Ads for Burger King in the United Kingdom, Spain, and Germany. Presented country specific Ads and estimates to clients, managed internal project activities, attended TV shoots / creative presentations / pre-pro meetings, and managed product ‘food stylists’ on shoots, and conducted team brainstorming sessions.

Helped manage print, radio, OOH, and non-traditional projects for Burger King’s field advertising, managed interactive traffic reports to the client, built non-traditional ‘toolkits’ for field/franchisee advertising, assisted in TV, print, radio, OOH, and non-traditional projects for Burger King International, and organized internal activities for International creative presentations. After 7 months in this position, I was promoted to Content Manager.

Product Marketing - provided managerial and strategic marketing support for Burger King’s salad product line: managed all marketing activities, project timelines, and built business cases/strategies for the launch of new salad products; assisted in running integrated team meetings, wrote creative briefs for print and TV advertisements, developed competitive analyses and gave presentations for various products in the Fast Food Industry. Promotions - helped manage Burger King’s summer promotional line-up by maintaining correspondence with agencies, attending advertising focus groups, and compiling presentations; assisted in managing Burger King’s sponsorship of Fox’s Summer Launch Party in Santa Monica, CA. by organizing event details, creative talent appearances and brand placement; organized the launch of a market test by forming research objectives, test budgets, as well as market locations.

Assisted in the planning and buying of online/offline media for various European clients, and developed a competitive analysis for one of Proximity’s major clients that described the company’s representation in the market and its media strategy among competitors.

Developed presentations and business documents for the AOL account, assisted in trend research for various demographics, and participated in creative brainstorming meetings for advertising promotions.
