Overlook and manage the duties of all hospitality staff within the business to ensure that all events (including matchdays) are set up efficiently and ran smoothly providing outstanding customer service to all guests. This incorporates working with all departments internally within the business to ensure budgets are met as well as working closely with other external parties such as: the stadium, rugby teams and other businesses to ensure their needs and wants are fulfilled and exceeded. In addition to this, I would manage the operation of dinners for 480 guests, conferences for 600 guests and parties for 750 guests at any one time.

Exporting as much as possible from the UK: including furniture, catering equipment, buffet units, crockery, cutlery, glassware and dry food by sea or air freight. My role would be to travel with the Williams Formula One team co-ordinating the suite as well as kitchen set up at each race within our designated area in the paddock.Once set up my role would be to support all aspects of the events life-cycle from sourcing stock, serving front of house, cleaning and prepping food.Closing down we would de-rig everything set up and pack away within stillages ready for export back to the UK

Feast by Ed Shaerf is a kosher catering company that creates unique personalised events throughout the UK specialising in Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings, Private Parties, Supper Clubs & Charity Events under the supervision of The Manchester Beth Din.My role would be to work closely with the owner and senior management team to ensure that all stock, equipment, uniform, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and much more has been picked and loaded onto the vans safely to ensure the production of our events to be successful, Furthermore to this, working closely with the office manager to maintain and manage stock control, ordering and deliveries.

My role would be to manage one of numerous bars that are situated within the hospitality section of the stadium, often changing bars being adaptive covering for absent managers or areas of weakness. Restaurant capacities range from 200 – 500 covers with each providing different styles of service (casual dining, carvery, pub style, fine dining and all-inclusive beverages). In addition to this, I would manage the work and duties of approximately 45 staff consisting of bar tenders, wine waiters and runners to ensure that product knowledge and excellent customer service is ensured and maintained throughout.

My main role was to manage a small team of 8 - 10 people coordinating all of the hospitality set-ups within the stadium for their matchday as well as conferences and events set-ups (these can range from exhibitions, dinners, buffets and charity nights). This consisted of dealing with the stadium's furniture, av equipment, uniforms, linen and client deliveries ensuring that each suite is set up to MCFC’s standards or the client's request.
