During my time as a Business Specialist (Business Expert). I helped external customers with adoption of technology both Mac and PC. With everything from connecting customers with the appropriate Device Managemnent solution which fit their environment and would enhance the end user experience. While also establishing deeper relationships with channel partners domestically and internationally. Another responsibility of mine was creating unique training designed to empower our internal team to be more knowledgeable about the plethora of solutions that exist for the business customer using their technology at work and at home. During my time in this role I got the opportunity to work with companies ranging in size from 2-5000+ employees. While simultaneously managing 200+ active clients. Supported with both desktop and mobile deployments domestically and in some oversea countries for external customers. While ensuring that all procured device were pre-enrolled with the necessary profile and configurations. Which required collaboration with 3rd partners and multiple departments with in Apple and within the external customers company. And lastly put in place a lifecycle management process and support strategy to create the least amount of downtime. For a time I facilitated all external Business workshops. The workshops were designed to foster community and collaboration. While educated external customer around Apple technology and non Apple hardware integration. The workshops would highlight the different security options able to be implemented on both the hardware and software. With a more efficient end user being the goal for each workshop/training.

My role came with a variety of different responsibilities during my time at Karmaloop. Including but not limited to Video Editing, Animating and SEO, metadata migration, audio editing, AV and some IT related services. I triaged issues with camera and assembled audio boards and mixer for our internal TV studio.

I have a really fun job and I get to be surrounded by people from all walks of life and I get to capture some really great moments at and during each game.
