In addition to the duties outlined under Executive Compensation Analyst Below:• Provide data analysis for various projects, such as external facing reports, webinars, and the ongoing development of the Glass Lewis Pay and Performance Model.• Develop an internal tool that examines executive compensation and corporate governance data to provide key policy insights for future research and engagements with issuers and institutional investors.

In addition to the duties outlined under Junior Executive Compensation Analyst Below:• Participate in engagement efforts, discussing aspects of Glass Lewis policies and general executive compensation topics with the boards and compensation committee members of publicly owned US and Canadian issuers.• Assist in the development of a new peer selection methodology for the proprietary Glass Lewis Pay for Performance Model.• Manage the backend data feed for the Glass Lewis US Equity Compensation Model.

• Review various SEC filings to provide analysis and determine recommendations concerning issues on clients’ shareholder ballots. • Interview, hire, train, manage and mentor a team of four to five Research Associates.• Assist in additional projects to improves processes and provide supplemental context to clients regarding specific topics in the realm of executive compensation.

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training staff in canvassing practices and policies. Also Organizes logistical aspects of the canvassing campaign including dividing precincts among canvassers, preparing materials, and planning routes for each canvasser. Planned, organized, and directed the training of 6 Ranger Trainers focusing on managerial skills, evaluation techniques, and leadership. Assisted in the development of a fire rehabilitation program in the aftermath of the Ute Park Fire, which claimed 36,470 acres of land and halted normal operations for the summer. Served as a member of a contingency planning team, focused on the logistical operation of Philmont program post-fire, specifically balancing crew itineraries and resource use/availability. Lead a fire rehabilitation team of over 200 staff in post-fire recovery projects, including planning projects in accordance with the overall goals of the rehabilitation program, as well as coordinating logistical, personnel, and material support for the team.

Planned, coordinated, and executed a 4000+ mile trip across the Eastern United States for the purpose of providing seminars, marketing Philmont program, and recruiting employees. Balanced finances for the trip including managing the budget, tracking expenses, and filing expense reports with the National Boy Scouts of America Office. Lead seminars focused on outdoor skills, Philmont procedures and policies, transportation/ lodging logistics, as well as general backpacking expertise. Provided marketing for the opportunities available at Philmont and across the Boy Scouts of America as a whole.

Developed and managed the Rayado Trek Program, a 20 day trek designed to foster youth growth and development. Evaluated and select staff to guide the Rayado Trek Program through an application process involving written applications and interviews.
