Working in Mallon Technology for the Irish Department of Agriculture, entailed a great amount of digitizing and parcel mapping of individual land/property applications. The job required a high standard of GIS and digital mapping skills, using an in-house GIS system with several OSI dated maps. Colin's position involved managing spatial data, analyzing geodata with a view to supply and consult on all identified differences within the mapping information.

Working in D.C.C, Colin was responsible for assisting in the detailed Surveying of boundary disputes, area encroachments and other areas for development plans. I was responsible for surveying and drawing/digitizing property boundaries for acquisitions and disposals. The job comprised of working at the highest standard of surveying and precise leveling.
