I have the privilege of helping to lead a team of security professionals at our company headquarters in Concord, California. In my executive management role, I work with company ownership to set our marketing, sales, and financial strategy. Leading our sales team, we ensure that not only are our goals being met to fulfill company objectives, but that our clients are receiving the best possible care. Managing our administrative team, we facilitate meaningful customer service experiences across the organization.

These have overlapping interests, processes, and personnel which made this work not just exciting but also meaningful and impactful to our service organization. Reporting to the general manager and eventually company ownership, I facilitated the growth of our sales and administrative teams in order to accommodate client needs and provide the exceptional service they have all come to appreciate and expect.

Everybody remembers their first "professional" job, and this was mine. I just have the joy of continuing to work for my original employer. When I started at PAC as an office assistant, I answered phones, filled in spreadsheets, and filed paperwork. It helped me to learn about the inner workings of a small business from a foundational level. Then as my experience and education increased, I took on greater responsibilities and spun off my roles into other positions as the company grew.
