Having completed both a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Business (Management) at Flinders University - South Australia, I have obtained valuable skills and knowledge to continuously learn and grow whilst working in the financial services industry. My current role is at BT Financial Group as a Process Manager. Prior to this, I worked within the Panorama Investment Maintenance Team - Corporate Actions as a Subject Matter Expert, where I have been able to utilise the skills and knowledge learnt to do my role to the best of my ability. Prior to this, I had been a Senior Banking Consultant for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where I was able to learn about the Australian Banking Industry and deliver fantastic customer services, identify sales opportunities, and work in a team environment. I also have extensive service and hospitality experience, having worked at McDonald's as a Shift Manager during my time at University and high school. This involved building up my on-the-floor management experience, managing shifts with up to 20 people by myself, and working as part of a team. I am an excellent team leader, team-worker and individual worker, and am a highly efficient and self-disciplined learner.
