Novel experiments with a custom forward roll coater (with pillow block bearings), printability tester, and UTM fixtures validated model predictions. As a research assistant I developed LabVIEW applications for high speed rotary equipment: rheometer, blade coater/size press and other control/monitoring applications: demo-reactor, and camera system.
