My main responsibility was to providing 1st Line Support for the company's IT systems and in house software systems via company's ticket system, Telephone, Email and face to face, To users that had a varied range of technical skills and know how. I was also required to setup and decommission computer systems and user accounts. Furthermore I was also tasked with creating and maintaining the help-desk documentation and how to manuals for the company's systems and software.

I've been with the company since its creation and as an IT Engineer, I have been tasked with a great deal of responsibility with regards to Installing, expanding and maintaining our systems on a very limited budget. These challenges have given me a great deal of self-reliance and experience in trouble shooting and sourcing solutions within tight time & fiscal constraints.
