Harrison King is a creatively diverse and open-minded Music Composer and Sound Designer specialising in writing in styles aimed at film, TV, Advertising, Trailers, Documentaries and Video Games. To date, his music has been used by companies such as Disney, Paramount Pictures, National Geographic, 20th Century Fox, Emirates Airlines, Marvel, UFC, and more.Having called the United Arab Emirates home since 1993, Harrison started his composing journey at his high school Jumeirah College, Dubai. He then went on to study Music Composition and Professional Practice at Coventry University, UK, during which he also spent an exchange year majoring in Music at the University of Windsor, Canada. Specialising in hybrid and orchestral genres, he completed an internship in Los Angeles where he composed and collaborated on a number of tracks for trailer library albums. His efforts eventually achieved placements with collaborative pieces which were used on promos such as 'UFC', 'Americas Got Talent', as well as the official trailer for 20th Century Fox's 'Alita: Battle Angel' campaign.Harrison continues to work closely with various trailer music companies to date. Having composed for custom briefs and trailer catalogues, this has led to a number of successful placements in campaigns, such as the for Disney's announcement trailer for 'Moana 2', the official trailer for Paramount Picture's 'Scream 5', National Geographic's 'Fauci' documentary trailer, Sony pictures 'Umma' trailer, among others. Alongside trailer composition, he writes for numerous production music libraries and media production companies and regularly composes for custom briefs in advertising, sonic branding and television. His music can be heard on top tier UK broadcasting stations including BBC, ITV, Channel 5 and more. Within the U.A.E, Harrison is proud to have been involved with a number of composing opportunities, including clients such as 'Emirates Airlines', 'Dubai World Cup', 'Dubai Police', 'Dubai One', 'Saudi German Hospital' and many more.
