-Establish human resource management system and standard. -Inspect randomly about 3 times the workers’ attendance, observe disciplinary obedience, and take strict actions when breaking the company’s discipline. -Lead implementing work standardization of employees through strictly demanding them and executing evaluation of inspection results.-Understand working situation of staffs by actively and sincerely handling daily personnel affairs among them.-By screening each department’s attendance, if found irregular situation in statistical record, this position has to strictly handle based on related rules and regulations, not changing data personally. -Based on rules and regulations, handle problems occurring during salary payment, changes in number of employees and so on and thoroughly analyze under own authority by listening patiently without any mistake. -When recommending manpower, this position has to recommend and strictly select by structuring procedures of interviews, exam tests and evaluation and so on.-When proceeding job analysis of employees together with staffs, execute actively in details to extract various kinds of accurate analysis results.-Follow human resource management system when dealing personnel transfers, understand reasons behind personnel transfers in details and prevent not to lose talents without clear reasons. -Manage fairly and equally system and result of evaluation when evaluating staffs under control or cooperating in evaluation of employees from other departments.-Assign employee training and company’s training activities, and standardize initiative plan by structuring employees to teach business knowledge and by establishing executional standard.-Set open or fixed time to give useful advice and suggestion and report to Manager and Managing Director, and receive instruction and evaluation by discussing working situations. -Draw new improvement plan through analysis and monthly business report.
