About Mariah Harrison
My name is Mariah. I'm a Central Michigan University Graduate, the oldest of three girls, born-and-raised Mid-Westerner, with an equal obsession for hard news and entertainment news. Since graduating college and entering the working world, I've learned a few things about myself. The most important being, that I have the ability to adapt. Whether it's doing a live segment from inside a hot air balloon, or arriving first on scene to a fully involved house fire, sitting front row in court, or front row at a parade, there's nothing I won't face head on. A news chameleon. There's nothing I love more than a new challenge, where I get to learn and develop new skills. Everyday is a different news day, so having the ability to adapt has been pretty useful as I start my career as a TV news reporter, a highly unpredictable field.
