Following university, I began my career in the field of customer service, building my soft skills as a compliment to my hard skills. I am known to add value to businesses by providing outstanding customer service. I have the ability to listen well to customers and resolve the issues and concerns of clients in a timely and effective manner. I’m able to provide upper-management with cost-saving insights on how to better streamline their approach with customers. I meet management's objectives and help to ensure profitability. I am also proud of my ability to maintain positive business relationships by keeping businesses fully informed while consulting on current market trends and technologies.
