Customer Service Representative
• To assist customers in various account openings for example savings account, current account, fixed deposit account and gold investment account. • To guide customers on the usage of banking products such as online banking, ATM and more. To cross-sell all of the banking products from all departments especially bancassurance and investment products.• Responsible for creating customer complaint notification and on time closing with full satisfaction of customer need.• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions suggesting information about other products and services.• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.• Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
