My duties at Swimart have evolved over the time that i have been employed. Starting off as a retail assistant and performing a water testing service for the pool customers the role has changed to include managing the shop on weekends when required, assisting customers with technical issues over the phone and in person and repairing and assessing pool equipment on site and within the workshop. I have also performed the role of pool technician during the summer months when business is extremely busy and pool servicing is in high demand.
