I am a die-hard sports fan of virtually every sport, and chose to pursue playing baseball at the collegiate level. Sports developed perseverance when I wasn't performing to the best of my ability or when I was plagued with injuries. Sports has helped shape my character of self-discipline, organization, team work, goal setting, competition, and connecting with individuals from all different backgrounds who want to work towards a common goal. These character traits have served me off the field as well. I'm a numbers guy and really love diving into stats around sports, but it's balanced with my passion for the human element of sports and the athletes who play every sport at every level. Let's face it, sports is what we can talk about when we don't know what else to talk about....
