Representing the third generation of our family-owned business that started out of the trunk of my grandmother's car in 1980.My role has been to transform how our business operates through implementing a new "business operating system" that will enhance the company's ability to serve customers more effectively, improve our process efficiency, and build a sales & marketing strategy to scale the business.

Helped build Conversion Path from a three employee (including myself & the CEO), relatively unknown digital marketing agency, into one of the most well-respected specialist digital marketing firms in the country specializing in product listing ads (like Google Shopping). We built a special algorithm for Google Shopping that allowed us to dominate any search term we wanted, whenever we wanted in Google Shopping that we call GS+. This allowed us to work with many of the largest retailers in the world in product listing ads and gave us special recognition in the industry amongst our peers and Google as a premier partner.After helping build the operation into something that could thrive without me, I left to pursue other ventures.

We specialize in helping smaller retailers carve out their space and compete against larger retailers to help secure their long-term future in the online & physical retail world. In 2013 we launched a Magento-based eCommerce platform to help small businesses get a big business online website for a price they could afford.
