Over the past 29 years I have mainly worked in the Apple Service, Sales & Support Industry.I started as a Service Technician travelling around the country repairing unwell Macs along with PCs, before progressing to Service Management where i was responsible for the running of the workshops, the technicians and repairs.This enabled me to develop leadership and training skills for which i was awarded the esteemed qualification of Apple Certified Master Trainer and spent 14 years delivering hardware and software training courses for Apple.Nowadays I have moved more into Project Management and Cyber Security.Working with Clients to assist them with the technical aspects of moving offices, migrating to Cloud-based services and securing their Network infrastructure, Servers and devices.Over the years, I have kept my Computing knowledge and Training skills current through Apple’s Hardware and Software qualifications, the CompTIA A+ Certified Professional IT Technician qualification, AirWatch Certified Sales Professional, Acronis Cloud Tech, Google Cloud System Administrator and Google Workspace : Deployment Services Specialist, Egnyte Certifications, Ubiquiti Certifications along with OpenText, Webroot and Carbonite services and certifications and Addigy Device Management
