Delivering high quality sports sessions to children between the years of reception and year 6

Started Brentwood’s first Girls rugby team at U13’s level, this role also sees me as head of ladies rugby in Brentwood focused on recruitment, development and growth of the ladies game at all levels.Brentwood now has players in U14's, U16's and U18'sfor girls rugby as well as being represented at U16's county level

Oversaw the running of the club Kids First/Mini’s section supply new equipment to the different age grade groups as well as being the representative on the clubs committee bridging the gap between the Kids First Section and the rest of the club. Changed the section name from Mini’s to Kids First in line with the RFU’s program of same name becoming the first in the country to make the change.

Oversaw the running of shifts including opening and closing the pub, cashing up till and dealing with complaints when need

Serving members of the public as well as maintaining the up keep of the pubs bar which involved:Changing barrels and casksCleaning the lines when neededClearing the cellar of empty barrels and boxes

Assisted in the sales of rugby and cricket equipment

Help run music events as well as the youth club below including ticket sales, admission and bar work (non-alcoholic)
