Renovation project of a derelict character property. Included managing and recording all expenses as well as undertaking the majority of the required works to reduce costs and maximise the final profit margin.

Demolition of a property to provide access for 150 houses.

Voluntary Work in Tanzania helping local communities develop sustainable water sources and construct facilities such as classrooms and the necessary furnishings including benches and tables. Wider restoration projects were undertaken such as helping to create a watering hole within the Ndarakwai plains.To fund the journey to Tanzania I worked as a part-time labourer on a renovation project.
