The following area of profession practiced: - Investigate and discuss technical issues raised by the Client / Customer, Service authorities, Consultants and develop solutions  Raise and document minor design result, cost estimates and specifications, and provide onsite advice to contractors on design solutions.  Supporting the project Management operations within the company and make sure the staff, service authorities and the clients are aware of their responsibilities  Liaise with the service authorities, including checking for long or short term impact on clients property of service on authorities’ plans for works, and coordinate and monitor the service authorities’ upgrade works and forward programs  Investigate and review requests for new or additional item of work, manage non-standard item of work including approval of clients and establishing audit follow ups, and carry out operations check  Prepare Public road occupation for permit from authorities  Investigate, assess and recommend applications for approval for construction and prepare, check and lodge standard applications with the authorities  Evaluate applications for more complex construction permits and vehicle crossings, including assisting and providing guidance to technical and administration staff issuing permits to proceed on their job Provide property services (stormwater points, flooding etc) information and advice as required  Support the Projects and Services Engineer in organization, allocating tasks, ensuring the accuracy of the work of the staff, developing systems and providing training

This has its own studio, transmitting and staff accommodation colony with infrastructures for Radio & Television; to construct and manage the asset all over the country. Every region had one such established erect of steel mast or concrete tower to house the high altitude transmitting antenna.Key Responsibilities and Duties: Assigned sector projects related planning, designs and developing Civil Infrastructures of studios complex, high rise staff quarter-apartment buildings, staging construction of Tower antenna or receivers / water reservoirs works costing USD 75-100 million.  Auxiliary Construction Such as pavement, Roads, Culvert, Bridge, plumbing/Water Supply; Sanitation and storm water Drainage system includes Landscaping costing up to USD 25-50 millions.  Projects Site implementation and authorising periodical progressive payments to traders, subcontractors and like.  Logistics facilities like procurements, stock and store was maintained for projects in and around the jurisdiction. Start to Finish through developing studio complex projects take in interior fit out, scheming, landscaping etc. Key Achievement: Achieved a thorough knowledge of liaise with contractors, builders and other government authorities.  Appropriate decision made with sound organisational skills to gain a clear understanding of architectural concepts developed with working details Well developed negotiation and liaison skills achieved with consultants, contractors, designers, agencies and other parties concerned in the project. Managing targets, quality, and Sub-contractors.
