These include, but are not limited to; data entry onto accounting software applications such as KashFlow, QuickBooks and Xero, bookkeeping tasks on these softwares also such as cross referencing sales and purchase invoices between clients to ensure things have been entered correctly by customers of ours and performing manual bank reconciliations on Excel for certain companies and sole traders/ self employed persons who don’t use such software mentioned above. This role has taught me how to manage my time to the most efficient of my ability, whilst also completing every task I am given to an accurate and detailed finish, whilst constantly rereading work to ensure that our customers are getting the best and most accurate service we can offer them. This job requires a lot of mental resilience, which I would say that I have a lot of due to previous job experiences.I have learned to communicate with all sorts of people through this job, changing my telephone manner where necessary and have been able to learn how to build a good rapport with customers and other employees much faster and more efficiently, which I know will help me in any future roles I want to go for.In this job, since the beginning I have always been hitting my targets for the months, whether that is Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction or the company targets with regards to Average handling time, cases closed per hour, average after call work etc, smashing each one every month without fail and quickly becoming one of the strongest agents in my team with some having been in the job for 5+ years.
