I am a 21 year old final year student studying Environmental Science BSc (IND) at the University of Leeds. I have just completed my Year in Industry placement which I started in September 2023 at CCRI as a Research Assistant. I am a proactive and diligent student, dedicated to making a positive impact through innovative and sustainable solutions. At CCRI, I gained hands-on experience in conducting research, analysing environmental data, and supporting projects focused on treescapes, food supply chains and rural resilience. My time at CCRI strengthened my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of more localised climate issues, equipping me with a well-oriented approach to problem-solving.I am actively seeking internships or graduate roles for 2024/25/26 in sustainability or environmental consulting, where I can leverage my skills and contribute to meaningful, future resilient projects.
