RealTown Labs, is an LLC, in which Pacific West Realty Group is the Manager/Member. It is a "build-to-flip" investment company. Our goal with this venture will be to ultimately help smaller companies, or startups in the incubator stage, strategically position themselves for a lucrative sale to an incumbent company.

Predictions Works is a new venture in the predictive analytics space. To this point my partner, Tim Penkala, has been leading the strategic planning and vision of the startup, while I continue to focus on Pacific West Realty Group day to day operational activities. Prediction Works is based on a set of algorithms, systems, and analytics that can make growth and value-based predictions that will ultimately help investors make smarter investment decisions. We are currently running a series of double-blind tests through the University of Texas' IC Squared Institute to prove our model.
