Tim and I met in college at the University of Notre Dame, where I earned a Bachelor’s in Finance. We realized we had unique talents that complemented each other’s strengths with Tim being the strategist and visionary, and I the underlying foundation that keeps our operations running smoothly. 37 years later, we are still helping our clients prosper as recognized authorities in real estate planning, development, and syndication.With the help of our clients, partners, and talented staff, we have accomplished impressive feats. We have engaged in 100 LLCs and partnerships, invested over $500M in real estate, and generated $250M in loans secured by trust deeds. With real estate brokerage transactions of over $250 Million, we have done over $1 Billion in total real estate transactions.In addition to running Pacific West Realty Group, we have ventured into more technological enterprises, investing in and helping startups that will keep real estate current in the digital age.
