In March 2011 was responsible for 3 full P&L’s (Nutrition, Performance Materials and Microbial Control) with annual Revenue of US$ 1.1 bn, 9 major manufacturing sites in China, US and Switzerland with 2,600 people. After Arch acquisition (completed 10’11) a separate microbial control sector was created and my responsibility was reduced to 2 P&L’s with annual revenue of US$700 million and 2,200 employees. In November was made responsible for Lonza APAC an organization with US$450 million in annual sales and 1,500 employees & Lonza global purchasing total US$ 1.7 bn spend.Lonza is a global life Science company, listed on the Swiss and Singapore stock exchange. Lonza is leading supplier of products for the Pharmaceutical, Microbial, Biotech, Nutrition, Material Science, Agriculture and Personal care industries. Revenues of US$4.2 bn and 11,000 employees.

Working for Bluestar (20% owned by Blackstone) as their CCO ($7bn in sales). Bluestar is present in a number of Speciality Chemicals, Additives, Engineering Thermoplastics, Silicones, membranes for purifying water etc and have in total 26 business units world wide mainly in mainland China.

I participate in telephone or in-person meetings with clients of Guidepoint on topics related to my area of expertise.

Responsible for Sales & Marketing leading a team of 850 people and an Annual Revenue of $1.8 bn for GE C&I EMEA businesses Lighting, Power & Motors.

Responsible for polymers business in the Pacific leading a team of 25 associates and achieving $500 MM in Revenues in 2006 and double digit CM growth vs. 2005.

Responsible for driving synergies within GE INDUSTRIAL (Plastics, C&I, Security, Sensing, Fanuc, IT) resulted in $35MM of incremental Revenue in 2006 and generating $170MM of targets for 2007.

Responsible for Pacific marketing team (75 associates) to generate $230MM of incremental revenue in 2006 of new business vs. $200MM in 2005 (+57%Vop,+11%V).

Responsible for the European marketing team (35 associates) to generate 100MM Euros of new revenue in 2004 vs. 50 MM Euros in 2003.

Responsible for the top-line of the European PPE & PEI business in 2001 with total sales 270 million exceeding 2000 by 16% and increasing the operating margin by 4%.

Responsible for Sales of global accounts Ericsson & pan European accounts ABB, Lexel, GEPC.

Responsible for marketing and new specifications in the Nordic.

Responsible for the medical market Europe increased revenues by 10% to 5.6 million Euros.

Responsible for the packaging organization and invested 600K Euros in new equipment.
