Working as part of the Sub-regional productivity division, my role focuses on building models and analyzing econometric data for publication. I have developed a strong background in statistical data packages as well as a high proficiency in excel, including building macros. Working with large data sets, I have been part of the fundamental building process of large quantitative models, as well as the end view analysis and publication. Several of the projects I have worked on have led to publication, with my modelling being fundamental to final publication. Working as an economist and analyst has also given me excellent research skills and only strengthened my ability to work as both a team and as an individual.

Responsible for offering support throughout a transactions life cycle, from initial due diligence through post-deal implementation. My role includes communicating with colleagues all over the world to assist and help manage various transactions ranging from due diligence and tax structuring to refinancing and also initial public offerings. I was also part of the production and implementation of market leading tax technology for several large high profile clients. My role also saw me work mainly on private equity transactions, both buy and sell side. Responsibilities on such transactions include assisting in the design and implementation of complex cross-border acquisition and disposition structures, with a focus on identifying any future tax implications of the proposed structures. Use of excel to produce funds flows showing the flow of money in a transaction to ensure all money is correctly accounted for and distributed at the correct time. Due diligence work, the constant navigation of data rooms and publically available information sources to collect and analyse relevant financial and tax data of a company, identifying any issues which may affect the client.
