I head up all physical product at Genflow. With responsibilities across acquisition, ideation, end-to-end product development, manufacture, logistics, and fulfillment. We produce everything from apparel, energy drinks, protein bars, fitness equipment, bags and accessories, print-based products, and more.We ship millions of orders a year from our five distribution centers.

Our design studio is adept at turning creative ideas into valuable and measurable reality. Based in London, Hong Kong and China we deliver on-trend products to our clients. We are innovative, imaginative, proactive and smart, and our people, processes and partnerships are at the heart of what we do. We pride ourselves on consistently exceeding the needs of our high profile clients due to 18 years’ industry experience. We are also unique in how we work closely with factories in the far East, and therefore offer companies peace of mind that their branded products are being made somewhere they’re proud of.

NEF is an educational charity which runs a 12 month fast-track programme gives 30 of the UK's brightest, entrepreneurially minded young people the opportunity to work for a start-up or SME while equipping students with hands on experience in a wide range of industry sectors, giving them the skills and networks to build scalable businesses. Each member of the cohort receive world class business training, have a business mentor, an executive coach and take part in networking events to meet advisors, investors and potential founders.Leadership of the NEF includes Olivier Pawle, Lord Davies of Abersoch CBE, Sir Nigel Rudd DL and Dee Stirling. Formal training and workshops are provided throughout the year by corporate sponsors such as Deloitte, McKinsey and Tesco and Business schools such as London Business School, UCL and the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at Cambridge Judge Business School
