Worked on the peripherals team trading SMI, FTSE and SX7E options in a spreads strategy with Eurostoxx. Made markets for brokers and clients and made trading decisions based on market flow, analysis of historical data and economic context.

During the trading traineeship I was identified as a high achiever and selected to participate in an exchange with the Chicago office. I was placed on the Index Options team where I worked on improving the automated quoting strategy for the S&P complex. I worked primarily in Pandas to analyse trading data and find inefficiencies in the quoting algorithms.

Developed a prototype reporting application in Python that extracts key client data from a SQL database and displays it as a written report, one of the company’s top priorities.Updated the company’s in-house billing application using PHP and HTML.
