- Manage the bid process on the contractor's side to ensure the project will meet necessary goals set forth- Prepare scope of works, bid packages, bid comparisons, as well as negotiate for buy outs- Evaluate claims and tickets for validity and issue change orders to the appropriate parties- Track materials and coordinate with owner/subs/vendors for deliveries to jobsite- Review and process trade requisitions for payment- Process RFI's and Submittals as well as maintain corresponding logs for tracking- Conduct weekly job meetings as well as maintain meeting minutes to distribute to all parties involved in the project- Heavy interaction with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and architects to successfully push the project
