About Harry Dent

I am an infrastructure planner at WSP with experience working on Development Consent Order (DCO) projects, as well as other major infrastructure projects through the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA). I achieved a Distinction in a Master's degree in Planning and Urban Leadership from the University of the West of England in 2023, with my dissertation looking at the role of Judicial Reviews in the DCO regime.Infrastructure planning straddles my keen interests in law, economics and politics and brings these together in a passion for the built environment and a drive towards delivering a more secure supply of energy and a low-carbon energy future.I have other passions in policy reform and efficiencies, which can help drive delivery in infrastructure and other projects.
