Accountable for the education of both adults and children alike; in classes of up to 55 people; all with varying abilities. Whilst responding to strengths and needs of every student during lessons, it was fundamental to have strong communication skills to ensure that the students understood me as English was not their first language.Developed good organisational skills to make sure the lessons ran smoothly. This was accomplished by making various teaching plans and aids to help with the lessons. Because, the more organised the teacher is, the more effective the teaching, and thus the learning.

Responsible for providing a very friendly welcome and high quality service over the telephone and to guests arriving at the hotel. Constantly portraying a highly professional image of the hotel and paying particular attention to ensure guest satisfaction.Key Skills Achieved- Checking and making reservations;- Dealing with issues and complaints (Conflict Resolution);- Keeping Trip Adviser up to date, which required constant monitoring, investigating and resolving any issues that arose; and - Foreign exchange.

Responsible for ensuring the clients were completely satisfied was a priority. Resolving any day to day problems that may arise. Responsible for cleaning and preparing 16 apartments before new clients arrived and checked in.Key Skills Achieved- Running a group ski every afternoon that had between 10-20 clients;- Increased sales by 10% by selling appropriate Après-Ski events, such as the group meal, the company slalom, and the Christmas and New Year Parties; and- Acting as a concierge by booking any restaurant reservations required by the clients.

Worked in three different departments; Deli, Bakery and Fish. This job required people skills, good customer service and teamwork. These departments have the most footfall and as a result customer interaction in the store. Sainsbury's also required me to be till-trained and to be very conscious of health and safety. Obtained a greater understanding of the importance of stock rotation (FIFO- first in first out), especially regarding fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).

This involved picking items accurately and on a timed basis. Also till-trained to aid the checkouts when it was busy. During the busy periods, the team was required to be in work by 4am, through till 11am. Sadly due to a new DotCom warehouse being opened in Crawley, there was no need for Tesco to continue employing me (170 employees were made redundant).

This was a busy restaurant and bar, taking orders, accepting payments and making sure that the customers were satisfied with their meals and overall experience. Fortunately, there was a job at Tesco, which paid above minimum wage. But due to the early starts at Tesco; I could not manage both jobs; however I did try.
