Work closely with Aesop and L’Oréal HR team to ensure a positive and engaging work environment aligned with our company values and goals.Talent Acquisition (10%)- Partner with hiring managers to manage end to end recruitment process for office position hiring.- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, outsourced service providers etc.,- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team on retail store hiring, including virtual interview, recruitment day.Employee Relations (25%)- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.- Support HR Manager on addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner, fostering a positive work culture during the transition period.HR Operations and Compliance (25%)- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.- Assist HR Operations Manager in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.- Respond to mandatory inquiries, and to internal and external checks and audits.Headcount Planning & Budgeting (15%) - Work closely with HR head to managing workforce costs and aligning personnel resources with business goals.- Forecasting and allocating financial resources for employee-related costs.- Periodically revisit and adjust headcount plans and budgets based on actual performance and business developments.HR Projects and Initiatives (25%)- Support HR Manager in the implementation of strategic HR initiatives and projects.- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement efforts.
