Harry Harding serves as the Vice President of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at Children Services of Roxbury (CSR), a Boston-based non-profit that supports over 6,000 families throughout Massachusetts each year. He is also an instructor at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education (DCE) and the Lead Facilitator at GenUnity, a program focused on community-driven leadership development that promotes systemic change in housing and health equity. In his role at CSR, Harry is dedicated to fostering external relationships and partnerships while working closely with the management team to develop ideas and implement initiatives for agency and program growth. Prior to this position, he spent three years overseeing training for the Behavioral Health Department at CSR. Harry holds a master’s degree in journalism and a certification in organizational behavior from Harvard DCE. With two decades of experience in mission-driven work, he founded LeaderFULL Life Works in 2022, where he consults on building leadership capacity and improving organizational culture.
