We initially built the app from the ground up to manage day-to-day scaffold requests at a facility (installation, modification, inspection, removal) and more recently expanded it to handle other crafts as well. Recent projects include observing truck-unloading for safety/procedural violations, detecting high-level conditions on a tank, classifying the amount of flow of material over a weir, and classifying material on a conveyor belt. In addition to the powerful features of our software, we have also developed hardware specifically for harsh, dirty industrial environments. Over the past 3 years we have been involved in multiple A.I. vision projects and realized that A.I. cannot be deployed successfully in a harsh environment if the cameras keep getting dirty. A true self-cleaning industrial camera was needed because these cameras are often located in difficult to reach areas, or in locations that require downtime to clean. Our patent-pending, self-cleaning, edge-computing, cameras have been proven in some of the harshest chemical environments yet.
