Having worked in the food industry for 30+ years and provided interim management for the last 15 it became clear that we are not showing the consumers of the products we make the lengths that we go to for the products they buy. 2 years ago we started to construct a system that would tell consumers about traceability,sustainability not only to tell them the facts but also to build trust with the public who now really want to know where the food comes from and is it being sourced responsibly. We are now at a stage where we need a retailer to collaborate with to make sure that we have a balanced view so that we can start to tell the public what they really want to know about the food they buy .
