I have spent twelve years in the security industry. Working environment like event, academic, and institutional security is part of my experience. Half of time I have been in a supervisory and management experience. • Two and a half years working as the Security Manager for the Alma Mater Society at the University of British Columbian.• Seven years working at the Emily Carr University. Three and a half years doing supervisory work.• Two years working and supervising Clubs in the downtown area. Club 560, Biltmore, and the Commodore are a few clubs I have worked at. Now, I am running a bigger organization that has great potential to be something great. My objective for this company is to make it like or better then other well known security company, but for a more affordable price. How have I managed to do this? Well, I have given my employees the appropriate training to handle different types of situations. All BLACK STALLION SECURITY Inc. employees are interviewed seriously and done thoroughly. There are certain characteristics that are taken into consideration. The main things we are looking for are modesty, loyalty, honesty, and confidences. Choosing a security company is like hiring a baby sitter for your child. It is important that you have someone you can trust and is competent enough to take care of your kid.
