Having served as both a national executive in a leading dispute resolution association for twenty years and as a co-founder of a community mediation organization I offer practical and creative methodologies for managing business, family and personal conflicts. I am an experienced mediator who has trained thousands of dispute resolution professionals and a master trainer of trainers.
