My main goal is to improve myself and those around me. This means that I crave opportunities to learn and grow. To this end, I generally ask questions that others would not ask for fear of seeming like they don't belong. One of the main ways I grow is by providing high effort to all tasks, no matter how trivial and inconsequential they may seem. This is as I am able to see how my actions translate and develop into more fruitful knowledge in the future.My role is to deliver software to companies in a way that suits them. I have achieved this on many projects at different levels but mainly deal with enterprise-scale projects while supporting others on Mid-Market clients. This is achieved by a combination of skills:- Product SME. This means being able to communicate the business use case to clients and technical limitations to Engineers.- Relationship Building. Creating lasting long-term relationships which facilitate retention and expansion.- Project Management. Keeping stakeholders aligned, documenting decisions, and pushing the process forward.But why do I do it?I value work environments that elevate cooperation while also allowing independence. I aim to use my strengths for the greater good, and don't enjoy succeeding at other people’s expense. This is one of the main reasons that I love my job and industry. It allows for constant cooperation, not only internally but with external stakeholders too. I think about how my actions affect others, and so align myself to behave in a way that will help the people around me and make the world around me a better place. Wherever I work, I find ways to help others.
