Currently working as part of a team learning and assisting with a variety of task from organisational structure to site administration. I'm in the position to be working both on main and small projects which also provides a range of clients and consultants. The majority of our work is residential refurbishment and extensions, however the growing industry is providing us with some fascinating new builds.

Working in North Surrey certainly provided a challenging commute but it did have its rewards. I worked as a construction manager on some luxurious developments in private estates such as St Georges Hill and Burwood Park, Building 6/7 bedroom houses and their associated outbuildings from plan. This proved a key learning point in my skills of coordination, programming, procurement and people management.

Received an upper second class degree in Project Management for Construction. My transcript shows a constant improvement and some outstanding results in my final year at the University of Brighton. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the university and am looking forward to the challenge of applying technical knowledge to practical experience.

Using the Design and Build, Turnkey method, I worked on all aspects of residential building. I assisted in the everyday running of a building site involving toolbox talks, Liaising with clients, their team and recording and updating progression and planning of works. I have experience in management of staff, labour and subcontractors and a strong leadership style.
