Duties/Responsibilities: > In-charge of the day-to-day management of the manufacturing departments (Hose, Equipment, Fabrication 3 departments)> Plan and execute Annual Operating Plan to ensure all departments achieve set objective in term of cost, productivity and quality. > Ensure output from departments satisfies both internal and external customer requirements> Ensure the highest levels of quality are achieved and maintained and continuous drive to reduce reject and customer complain.> Continually monitor and develop departmental procedures to produce best manufacturing practices> Ensure personal and departmental adherence to set procedures, including compliance to ISO 9000> Laised and works closely with other departmental Managers and Executives in order to maximize performance> Leads and conduct interviews and meetings> Execute relevant disciplinary procedures in accordance to company policy> Ensure that all equipment and plant is adequately maintained> Identify and promote personal and direct reports training needs, including ensuring adequate training is conducted to provide the required results> Establish and maintain health and safety procedures and ensure compliance and familiarity of the procedures> Monitor & delivery the HSE KPIs .> Support the HSE Programmes, Awareness & Training.

> Plant wide layout, coordinating with all departments to ensure all supporting equipment and utilities is in place for equipment transfer or new line setup.> Resources planning namely manpower, factory floors space, equipment allocation and inventory.
