Mr. Marcus is a pre-eminent IP litigator who brings the kowledge and experience gained from over 40 years advising and representing clients in high stakes and complex litigations involving patent, trademark, unfair competition, trade secret and related anti-trust and contract issues. A large proportion of Mr. Marcus’ cases have been favorably resolved by summary judgment.
