Growing up and working on a family farm always had me interested in food and having a brother as a best mate with a similar background made for an obvious business partner.Gs fresh salads was a great way to understand big and short supply chains in action. Vita Coco, the coconut water brand, was a great way to understand brand, how to work with retailers and what its like to be part of a trailblazer brand, from which i got the drug !Then came Ember. Launched in early 2018, on a mission to do meat snacks right and end factory farming. £2.4m raised to date and aiming to achieve £10m in sales with a brand that people love by 2024.I love talking and doing business.
