I have a passion for sustainability and innovation, and have based my career on this - from working on the first ever electric Jaguar, creating zero CO2e materials for Polestar 0, to developing chemical recycling technologies at Uplift360.I have 8 years of product and programme management experience delivering complex automotive systems such as instrument panels, centre consoles and doors. This work was end-to-end delivery, starting from sketches with designers through to building and testing vehicles at production sites. I managed multiple interdependent subassemblies and components within my commodity, ensuring each were appropriately resourced, risk was managed and cross-product dependencies were identified and managed accordingly. I now utilise these skills to manage technology programmes at Uplift360, with a key focus on leading the scale-up of our technology from the laboratory to a pilot plant facility.With a solid background spanning over 8 years in engineering and project management, my journey has revolved around a genuine commitment to sustainable technology and materials that leave a lasting positive impact.
