-Leader of team of 3 staff that manages all aspects of Nevada Community Sports, Unified Champion Schools Program, Athlete Leadership and Healthy Athletes Programs. -Manages and sources more than 3000+ volunteers annually to support programs. -Organizes and lead 17 sports competitions annually for 4,500 athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities. -Build and maintain relationships with the government organizations to help promote inclusion on school campuses and obtain grants and fundraising efforts. -Develop strategic community partnerships and assist with existing and new development events, including virtual events for communities and athletes. -Oversee budget of $200,000+ for all programs.

-Organized and lead 17 sports competitions annually for 4,500 athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities. -Led 12 local programs run by volunteers in the state of Nevada, -Worked in partnership with Clark County School District Adaptive P.E. to provide sports competitions to 2,000 students. -Created a Young Athletes Program in southern Nevada for ages 2 years old to 7 years old.-Promoted the Whole School Involvement initiative that encourages unity in schools. -Secured venues to host competitions and special events, volunteered recruitment for competitions and fundraising events, and managed a database of 3,000 volunteers. -Provided budget implementation and management for athlete training and competitions.
