I currently serve as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at memoryBlue, where I help drive early-stage sales efforts for our client, Redesign Health. Redesign Health is transforming healthcare delivery through a patient-focused, innovative approach across its 70+ companies. In my role, I focus on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and driving pipeline growth.In my first two months as an SDR, I exceeded expectations by booking 7 meetings in my first month and 8 in my second, hitting my quota early. I consistently make 100+ dials daily and build 150+ net new accounts per week. I also completed memoryBlue's renowned SDR Bootcamp and Academy, earning certification in sales development.Before joining memoryBlue, I interned as a Field Marketing Intern at IBM in New York City, where I helped improve lead conversion rates and collaborated with both marketing and sales teams. I contributed to the post-event lead assignment process following the IBM Watson launch, and worked with my team to create templates and mock-ups for improving field marketing efficiency.I hold a degree in Marketing and Data Analytics for Business and have hands-on experience with tools like R, R Studio, Oracle, SPSS, Qualtrics, and Tableau. As an active student leader, I served as the Marketing Director for CUA Accel (entrepreneurship club), Treasurer for the Migrants Rights Coalition, and President/Co-founder of the CUA Art Club.
