Over the course of my time in this role i wrote and implemented a project plan to ensure that Ashton Pioneer Homes are compliant with General Data Protection Regulation. During this i will be evaluating the procedures and processes APH follows, to make sure they are compliant with GDPR, or to see what amendments need to be made. With an aim to reduce completely the amount of Data that is collected, but is not used, to reduce the amount of paper data we store and to try to implement a Clean Desk Policy.I conducted staff training on GDPR principles and what it meant for them. During my time at WARP, i implemented traffic management plans, which involved diverting and directing traffic as well as pedestrians. Tasks involved closing lanes on multi-lane roads, setting up diversions, stopping traffic with a stop slow bat, putting out relevant signs and meeting specific road regualtions whilst doing so.
